FAQ\'s

Before starting to use anuice® read the answers to the most frequent questions we get, formulated by some of our patients.

Answers to the most FAQs:

P: How long does it take for anuice® to cure hemorrhoids?

It all depends on the conditions and on how advanced is the disease. Our estimate says that internal hemorrhoids take from 2 to 3 weeks to go away, while external hemorrhoids take from 3 to 4 weeks. It is important to consider, during the treatment, that a solution for the conditions that caused hemorrhoids must be found, in order to make anuice®’s action completely effective; said conditions can include constipation, spend long hours sitting, and eating spicy, irritating foods, among others. The user must be patient: an alternative like surgery, besides being expensive, is extremely painful.

P: Should I take the device out from its case before putting it in the freezer?

No, the device must be kept inside its container when put in the freezer.

P: For how long should the device be kept in the freezer before using it?

For at least two hours. It must be always kept in the freezer, this way the user makes sure the device will be ready when they need to use it again.

P: Does the applicator cause slight pains when inserted in the rectum?

No. Apply lubricant to the little tube part on the device and insert it carefully. A little nuisance could be felt for a few seconds.

P: For how long should I keep the device inside the rectum, or on the external tissues, during the application?

Between 8 and 10 minutes, each time.

P: How many times a day it is recommended to use the applicator?

In most cases, three times a day is enough. More advanced cases require more applications. The healing process will be shorter if the device is used more times a day.

P: Why is it recommended to use two applicators?

Two devices make the process go faster, which translates in the hemorrhoids disappearing in a shorter period of time. Besides, with two applicators, both internal and external hemorrhoids can be treated at the same time, and without having to wait two hours between applications.

P: Is there a risk if I use the device too many times?

Not at all. Cold temperatures applied in controlled manner with anuice® are completely harmless. anuice® does not have contraindications nor side effects.

P: Should I stop the treatment as soon as the symptoms start disappearing?

No. The user needs to continue with the treatment for some more days; applications can be less, though. Continuing the treatment helps the patient assuring total recovery.

P: Should I use creams or ointments along with anuice®?

No. With anuice® the user does not need to use any other product. Creams or ointments can produce allergies or irritations, because of the chemicals they have.

P: Showers with lukewarm water in the affected areas are recommended during the treatment?

No. While controlled cold helps reducing the swelling, heat does exactly the opposite.

P: Does the treatment with anuice® truly cure hemorrhoids?

YES, indeed; anuice® cures hemorrhoids.

P: Can hemorrhoids appear again in the future after the treatment?

anuice® cures hemorrhoids; however, if the conditions in which hemorrhoids appeared in the first place are not corrected, hemorrhoids can reappear. Bad eating habits, for example, if not adjusted, are bound to help hemorrhoids appear again. Keep the device in the freezer, in case you have to start the treatment again.

P: How can I keep hemorrhoids from reappearing?

Simply following the recommendations that are included with anuice®   Please, take the time to read all the literature that comes in the box.

P: What should I do if I run out of anuice® lubricant?

Try to get in touch with our customer service line: 1-866-750-0916. You can also contact us through this Web site.

P: Sometimes the device drips a little bit.  Why is that?

In some occasions, due to the excess of heat in freight areas in airplanes during the shipment process of the product, the device can end up presenting a little bit of dripping or humidity because of the condensation. Just dry it up and put it in the freezer.

If the applicator drips a lot, or if it seems to be broken, please, call our customer service line, 1-866-750-0916, or contact us through sales@anuice.com to ask for a replacement. IMPORTANT: the cryogenic substance inside the device is absolutely harmless.

P: Can I acquire anuice® at pharmacies or drugstores?
